Visit Request Form

See us in action! We get a lot of requests for during-the-school-day visits (especially near the end of the school year)! In a meeting about how to balance our excitement to host guests with the constraints of our limited space and staff availability, we designed this form to help our Visitor Coordinator. The earlier we receive requests to visit on specific dates, the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate those requests.
